The purpose of this FAQ is to provide information on frequent questions or concerns on wedding photography.

PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE

  • What primary photographic style do you identify with?
    Photojournalism, 
    Contemporary, Fine art & Portraiture
  • What do your packages include?
    I do offer high-resolution files culled and edited, flush mount albums, high-resolution images, USB memory stick of images.
  • Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
    I do have experience shooting in various lighting situations, however, I love natural outdoor light conditions!
  • Is your media preference film or digital?
    My media preference is digital but my images resample film.

WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK DIFFERENT FROM EVERYONE ELSE?

I take all of your photos in a pure discreet photojournalistic way and always in natural lighting if possible. I  try to capture the emotions of your BIG day! The delivery of culled and edited files takes place 1-2 weeks after the wedding ceremony. 

EQUIPMENT & SETUP

  • How many photographers do you work with?                                                                                                                                                                                   
    I do cover all the weddings myself, I am a solo shooter due to my photojournalistic style. However, we can always add a second shooter if there is a need for a specific project.
  • Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event? What equipment do you use?
    I do always guarantee my presence at the actual event. I use Fuji cameras and pro lenses.
  • Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day?
    I never book myself for more than one event in a day.
  • Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
    I do have a replacement photographer,  in the case of unpredictable absence.

PHOTOGRAPHER FEES

  • Do you charge hourly or full day?
    Both depend on the event. In case of a full-day wedding, I do have wedding collections, in case of small weddings or elopements, there is per hour fee.
  • Are you available to shoot extra hours? 
    Yes, I am available.
  • What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provides your meal?
    The couple provides my dinner, at the wedding reception.
  • Regarding destination weddings o you charge for accommodation and travel?
    I love weddings, I love traveling and I love destination weddings. I have been lucky enough to travel all over Greece and Cyprus shooting weddings. For destination weddings, I do charge for my flights, travel, and accommodation unless otherwise agreed, as in early bookings’ offers. The ideal situation at destination weddings is to have my accommodation and transportation covered by the clients in order to focus on the shooting!

DELIVERY OF PHOTOS & ALBUMS

  • How soon after the event are the files ready for viewing?
    1-2 weeks after the event.
  • In what format are the files offered?
    Jpegs edited
  • Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
    I do retain the copyright of the photos.
  • Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
    I do reserve the right to publish them unless the client doesn’t want to and buys the rights.
  • Do you provide the digital files to the client?
    I do provide the high resolution culled and edited files to the client.
  • Will images be available for viewing online?
    Images are available online, at an online gallery with a password.
  • What kind of products do you offer?
    I do offer a variety of:
  • lay flat albums: These beautiful albums are soft-bound, printed on high-quality matte photo paper with thick lay-flat pages. Available in a variety of cover options. Minimum of 16 pages (8 spreads) and a maximum of 84 pages (42 spreads).
  • fine art albums: Using pigmented inks on Art Matte Paper, this lightly textured album provides museum grade printing and is paired with a raw oatmeal-colored linen presentation box. Perfect for those who are looking to have their memories expressed and preserved in the finest way.
  • hardcover books: Lovely hardcover books are printed on a Fine Art Matte paper (140gsm), available with a variety of suede or linen cover options with engraved lettering.
  • magazines stylebooks: These saddle-stitched magazines are press printed on a Fine Art Soho paper (140 gsm) with a 320 gsm custom photo cover. Magazines come in a pack of 2 and are available with a minimum of 20 pages (10 spreads) and maximum of 40 pages (20 spreads).
  • matted frames: Frames carefully assembled by hand, and include a mounted Fine Art Lustre 250gsm print set beneath a thick white mat board and preserved with an ultra-clear front acrylic.
  • greeting cards: Printed on a 320 gsm matte Fine Art Soho paper, these beautiful cards are perfect for all occasions. Available in square, portrait, or landscape format. Comes in a single-image pack of 24 (envelopes not included). 
  • calendars: 12-month press print calendars are printed on a 320 gsm Fine Art Soho paper. Displayed on a beautiful 8mm wood stand, these calendars will make your day all year long.

  • gallery boards: These matte press print Gallery Boards are mounted to several layers of cardboard resulting in a 2mm thick, durable and long-lasting print. Wonderful for displaying on their own or in a custom frame.
  • canvas printsNatural cotton Canvas Prints are printed using pigment inks, and protected with a water-based coating for durability and added UV protection. Customize your canvas with three border options: Natural Wrap, White, or Black. Stretched around a wooden 1.5″ deep frame.

Yes, of course! I have special rates for weekday weddings and elopements. And also anniversaries, vacation photos, family portraits, etc.
